Welcome to my weekly yoga schedule! As an experienced yoga instructor of 14 years in the Pittsburgh area, my classes are focused on consistency and student progress. If you leave feeling better than when you came in, I’ve done my job well. I look forward to sharing the practice of yoga with you.
